We’re a second-generation family-owned shop, with the third generation on the way. Design, fabrication, installation, and repair across Washington and Oregon.
We work often with franchisees and follow franchisor spec manuals so every aspect of the sign (colors, letter styles, materials, lighting, installation) meets corporate standards (for example The Barbers).
You don’t need an existing pole or footing. We can handle utility locate, engineered drawings when the job requires them, footings, rebar, and concrete, pole or structure, then the sign, so you are not piecing the project together yourself. Sign installation details.
Before we fabricate, visual mockups on photos of your site plus drawings for your approval. Have a logo? We work from your art. Need one? We redraw for production. Permitting start to finish.
It doesn’t have to be brand-new everything. We keep used cabinets and signs in our yard when we can put them back in service and can put your logo on new faces for a sound reused cabinet. We also work with what you already have on site when it makes sense to maximize your budget.
We build in our UL Listed fab shop in Woodland, WA and back every job with clear warranties: 1-year labor, 5-year LED, 2-year power supply.

We install new flagpoles from foundation to finial, site prep, base, pole, and hardware, and we re-string new ropes (halyards) on existing poles so your flag raises and lowers smoothly and lasts. Our crews use bucket trucks and crane when needed so every job is done safely and your halyard is reliable for years. Whether you need a new pole or your current one needs fresh rope, we handle it.
Pan channel letters with halo (reverse) illumination: light sits behind the letters so they glow against the wall for a premium, eye-catching look. We build and install custom backers and returns, including diamond plate for a rugged, metallic finish that holds up to weather, and pair them with non-illuminated routed taglines when you want the main message to pop and the tagline to read clean without extra wiring. When your pole and cabinet are still sound but the finish is faded, the lighting is dim or outdated, or you’ve rebranded, we repaint the cabinet and frame, install new LED illumination and fixtures, and install new faces so the sign looks like new and stays bright and efficient. No need to replace the whole sign when a refresh will do: same structure, updated look and performance, often at a fraction of the cost of a new installation. Interior: beautiful non-illuminated 3D letters for offices, entryways, reception, and lobbies, flush-mounted for a refined look, no wiring. Exterior: the same ½" acrylic flush-mount style for industrial and commercial façades. We fabricate and install end to end. More about this option.
