If you call, text, email, or use the quote form on this site, we use the details you share (name, phone, email, job site address, photos, and project notes) only to respond, prepare estimates, schedule work, and keep customer records. Photos you upload are sent to our shop inbox as email attachments. We do not sell this information.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YFL3MY2K3W) to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are viewed and general traffic patterns). Analytics uses first-party cookies and does not use advertising or remarketing features. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Analytics does not load.

How long we keep information
Business contact and project records are retained as long as needed for customer service, warranties, accounting, and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings.
