Before fabrication, we show you your sign on a photo of your actual location with supporting drawings so you can see it as if it’s already installed, request changes, and sign off when you’re happy.
Channel letters, cabinets, and structural sign components are built in our Woodland shop so we control quality, timeline, and cost on the work we fabricate here. Our UL Listed fab shop supports compliant manufacturing of illuminated signs. We work with aluminum, steel, acrylic, LED modules, and neon where appropriate.
We keep used cabinets and signs in our yard when we can put them back in service. New faces and your logo on a sound reused cabinet is often far less than all-new everything, and we use what you already have on site when it is the smart way to maximize your spend.
Whether you need a single storefront sign or a multi-tenant pylon, we handle design, engineering, fabrication, and (when you choose us for installation) the full site path too: utility locate, engineered drawings when required, footings, rebar, concrete, poles or structure, then install, so you are not piecing the project together.

We build pan channel letters with custom backers and returns, including diamond plate for a rugged, premium look, and non-illuminated routed taglines when you want the main message to glow and the tagline to stay clean. We work regularly with franchisees and understand how to execute against corporate sign programs, dimensions, colors, fonts, lighting, materials, and mounting, so specs are right for inspection and brand consistency. Illuminated cabinets, raceways for channel letters, and mounting systems.
Hand-built neon for storefronts and interiors: window neon (borders, accents, and display-style pieces), classic OPEN signs and similar messaging, custom script, logos, and bar or restaurant accents. Retrofit existing sign cabinets and channel letters to LED; convert neon or fluorescent to LED. Fluorescent tubes for many signs are discontinued or nearly impossible to source, sign shops don’t stock them; if you supply correct tubes we can often install them (see Repair). Otherwise LED conversion ends the bulb chase. See this type in our fabrication gallery.
For customers who need to stretch their budget, we use used cabinets and signs from our yard when the structure is still good, new faces and the right logo so your brand reads correctly. Not everything has to be brand-new. We also match jobs to what you already have on site when that is the most cost-effective path. Ask what we have in inventory when you call for a quote.
Interior: non-illuminated 3D letters for offices, entryways, reception, lobbies, and conference rooms, flush-mounted for a clean, high-end presentation with no wiring. Exterior: the same flush-mount acrylic dimensional style for industrial and commercial façades. Typically ½" acrylic. See more and sample customer proofs.
Vinyl graphics, decals, striping, and lettering for fire trucks and other emergency apparatus, enclosed cargo and equipment trailers, utility vans, box trucks, municipal fleets, and work vehicles. If you need mobile branding without a full wrap, we can help, full vehicle wraps are not a service we offer.

This proof shows a double-sided monument sign for BCC Restoration / Robinson Restoration with an aluminum cabinet, acrylic faces, and vinyl graphics in Duranodic and beige. The concept places the sign at 3214 NE 42nd in the Vancouver, WA area so the customer can approve layout, branding, and site fit before fabrication and installation.
This mockup documents a double-sided monument sign for Burgerville Store 37 at 16211 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97236. The proof shows a painted aluminum cabinet with non-illuminated backer panels, printed wood vinyl graphics, and an internally illuminated channel logo, giving the customer a clear approval view of materials, branding, and how the finished monument will sit on site before production.
This proof shows replacement sign faces for two double-sided monument signs at 7120 NE Cornell Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124. The updated Carl’s Jr. faces use 3/16" polycarbonate with vinyl graphics in Pantone 116C and Pantone 186C, helping the customer confirm branding, color, and visibility from multiple approach angles before fabrication and installation.

You want storefront letters that stand out day and night without the flat look of face-lit only. Halo-lit letters work especially well on textured or colored walls. Diamond plate adds durability and an industrial, premium feel. A routed tagline keeps your slogan or secondary message legible and on-brand without doubling your illumination cost.

The sign uses 3" deep aluminum returns with a 1" trimcap on acrylic faces, translucent vinyl graphics, white LEDs mounted on a .080 painted aluminum backer, and a raceway painted to match the building.

We fabricate and install rigid 3D letters in ½" acrylic, mounted flush to the wall for a sharp, architectural look. Interior: logos, room identification, and brand statements in offices, entryways, reception, and conference areas. No wiring, no drivers, just a polished presentation. Exterior: the same flush-mount letters read clearly in daylight and hold up to weather.
You want dimensional type inside without illumination cost, or outside on industrial, warehouse, and commercial façades where daytime visibility is enough. We match mounting and finish to drywall, panel, metal, stucco, masonry, and other substrates.

Neon repair: If your neon is dark, flickering, or physically damaged, we service existing units, sections of glass, transformers, electrodes, and supports, whether we installed them originally or not. Details: Neon sign repair.
When LED might fit better: Some sites prefer neon-to-LED for lower maintenance or code preferences, we can compare options honestly. LED retrofit when you want to keep the cabinet and change the light engine.
