One-stop shop, no piecemeal stress. There does not have to be a pole, footing, or slab in place already. We can handle the full site package: utility locate when required, engineered drawings when the jurisdiction or structure calls for them, footing excavation, rebar, and concrete pour, then pole or structural installation and the sign design, fabrication, and install. You get one point of contact from dirt to a finished, lit sign instead of juggling excavators, concrete, steel, and electricians yourself.
We do a lot of sign takedowns too, when a business is going out of business, ending a lease, or rebranding and needs the old identity removed. We dismantle letters, cabinets, pylons, and related hardware safely and can coordinate crane access when the sign is elevated.

Structural steel and aluminum signs. Greenfield or existing site, we can pour footings, set steel, and crane the cabinet. CCO Crane Certified.

Ground-mounted signage at property entrances. New bases: excavation, rebar, concrete, structure, and electrical, or tie-in to existing foundations.

Relocation, takedown & removal
We relocate or reinstall existing signs. We also take down and remove signage when businesses close or vacate, channel letters, cabinets, pylons, monuments, and more, so the building or pad is cleared for the next tenant. Crane and electrical disconnect when required.
Flagpole installation & re-stringing
We install new flagpoles from foundation to finial and re-string new ropes (halyards) on existing poles. Bucket trucks and crane when needed so your pole is set safely and your halyard is reliable for years.
Scoreboard installation (all sports, indoor & outdoor)

Relocation, takedown & retrofit
Relocate existing signs or retrofit to LED. We handle sign removal and takedowns for closures and lease ends, safely pulling illuminated and structural signage. We often reuse your housing and wiring where it’s still good when you’re retrofitting instead of removing.
Flagpole Installation & Re-Stringing
We install new flagpoles from foundation to finial and re-string new ropes (halyards) on existing poles. Bucket trucks and crane when needed so your pole and halyard are done right and last.
Halo-Lit Letters & Custom Backers
Pan channel letters with halo (reverse) illumination so the letters glow from behind. We install custom backers like diamond plate for a rugged, premium look, and non-illuminated routed taglines when you want the main message to pop without lighting the tagline. Pole Sign Repaint, New LEDs & New Faces
When the pole and cabinet are still sound but the finish is faded, the lighting is dim or outdated, or you’ve rebranded, we repaint the cabinet and frame, install new LED illumination and fixtures, and install new faces. Same structure, updated look and performance. We often reuse your housing and wiring where it’s still good. Interior Signs & Dimensional Letters (Non-Illuminated)
We install non-illuminated 3D letters for offices, entryways, reception, and lobbies, flush-mounted for a polished interior presentation, and the same ½" acrylic style on exterior walls. No wiring. More about this option.
