Want to keep your neon? Start with neon repair. Want lower maintenance? Convert neon or fluorescent-lit cabinets to LED. Fluorescent tubes for many signs are discontinued or nearly impossible to source, sign shops don’t stock them. If you have the correct tubes, we can often install them; otherwise LED conversion is usually the right move. We also replace failed LED modules and upgrade power supplies. What we do: We repaint or touch up existing sign components when the substrate is still good: pole and cabinet signs, monument bases and enclosures, raceways, and channel letter returns and trim where a fresh coat restores your brand colors. We prep surfaces (faded paint, chalking, oxidation, minor rust), match corporate or custom colors where you need consistency, and apply finishes suited to outdoor exposure so the sign holds up.
When it makes sense: The sign is structurally sound but looks tired; you’re rebranding and need the housing to match new art; or you want to extend life before a full replacement. Repaint pairs well with new faces and LEDs on pole signs, or stands on its own if you only need the cosmetic refresh.
Sign cleaning
What we do: We clean commercial signage so it reads clearly from the road: wash and detail faces (acrylic, polycarbonate, flex faces), cabinets and exposed metal, edges around letters, and diffusers where safe to treat. We remove built-up grime, pollen, dust, and environmental staining that dulls illumination and makes a business look neglected, using methods appropriate for electrical signage and lift access when the sign is elevated.
When it makes sense: Before a grand reopening, after a long wet season, for property manager turnover, or on a scheduled maintenance plan so small problems don’t become emergency calls. Cleaning is often the fastest win for curb appeal.

When your neon goes dark, flickers, or loses a section, you don’t always need a whole new storefront package, we troubleshoot and repair glass neon and its electrical side.
What we repair: Window neon and border pieces; classic OPEN signs and similar single-message units; custom script, logos, and bar or restaurant neon. Common fixes include failed transformers, bad electrodes, gas issues, broken or leaking glass, loose standoffs and clips, and secondary wiring problems that mimic a bad tube.
Signs we didn’t install: Yes, we regularly service neon from other shops or older installs. If a section is beyond repair, we can fabricate replacement neon to match: custom neon fabrication.

My sign uses fluorescent tubes, can you replace the bulbs?
Many fluorescent lamps used in older sign cabinets have been discontinued or are very hard to find. Sign companies typically don’t stock fluorescent tubes anymore, including us. If you already have the correct replacement tubes, we can often install them for you. When you can’t get tubes, the practical long-term fix is converting the sign to LED: less energy, longer life, and no hunting obsolete bulbs. LED retrofit · Call for a quote.
